Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment in the Global Supply Chain

CPFR – Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) has been an industry standard and guideline for 12 years and is quickly being adopted in many different types of supply chains, with the primary focus of improving Demand and Supply Forecasting accuracy and the sharing of these forecasts with trading partners. Our presenter, Ron Ireland, was one of the visionaries in the creation of CPFR when he helped to develop the Wal-Mart Supply Chain.
In this webinar, Ron will explain how, as the economy recovers, CPFR can be used to link trading partners in the extended supply chain in order to improve on forecast accuracy as well as improve on overall supply chain partnerships.
