About The Webinar
This webinar will discuss and explore the significance of designing and maintaining effective vendor scorecards. A vendor scorecard measures a vendor’s performance in terms of qualitative and quantitative factors such as product quality, delivery, cost, and responsiveness in order to compare the overall effectiveness of the vendor in relation to others. Participants will study the different processes and strategies behind vendor scorecarding, and discover how scorecards are designed and leveraged to perform a vital role in day-to-day vendor management throughout the supply chain.

About The Speaker
Robert Greene is a tenured business professor at Niagara College who has business diplomas from Seneca College, a Bachelor of Commerce from Ryerson University, and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Robert Greene also runs his own consulting practice providing operations management solutions, and seminars and workshops for domestic and international companies. Robert has had the great fortune of travelling and working abroad, and has enjoyed working with clients across Canada and in China. He has also gained recognition as a knowledgeable, enthusiastic and progressive facilitator, providing numerous online and in-class workshops and courses for the Ontario Institute of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada.

This webinar costs $120 for PMAC members, and $145 for non-members, plus applicable sales tax. If you are a Supply Chain Management Professional designation holder with PMAC, you may be eligible for continuous professional development maintenance credits.
