International Symposium on Supply Chain Management
Hosted by the Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC) the annual, two-day Symposium is where global supply chain solutions emerge.
A yearly platform for academic researchers and supply chain leaders to review research, share ideas, and develop solutions to critical supply chain issues, the Symposium brings together practitioners from the public and private sectors and academics from around the world to engage in lively exchanges of information and experience.
Goals of the Symposium
- Create opportunities for academics to learn about the practical application of knowledge in the field and discover new areas of research
- Allow companies to leverage well-researched solutions to supply chain challenges and enhance their competitive advantage
- Build partnerships where academics and practitioners can undertake joint research projects for mutual benefit
In addition to competitively-selected academic papers and practitioner presentations, the Symposium features a keynote address by a leader in the field, stimulating panel sessions on popular topics and ample opportunity for informal discussion.
