Reserving Your Room
You can book your room by calling the hotel directly at 1-506-854-7100 and indicate that you are with PMAC. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If individual(s) must change the arrival or check out date the deadline is 4pm local time 5 days prior to the arrival date; after this date there will be a charge of one night’s accommodation plus taxes per room. If the guest does not arrive, they will be billed for one night’s accommodation plus tax.
Early departure Fee
The Hotel will charge guests – as liquidated damages and not a penalty – a fee plus applicable taxes as compensation for the harm caused to the Hotel by unscheduled early departures. Please see chart below for full details on how charges will be posted.

Cancellations not received by 6:00 pm 24 hours prior to the day of arrival are subject to a cancellation penalty of 100% of all anticipated charges.
