SA Creator™, RFP Creator™ and PO Creator™

In partnership with lawyer Sandy Chalkoun and Altura Legal Strategies Inc., PMAC is pleased to offer three unique resources to support the drafting of key legal documents. These were designed specifically to meet the needs identified by PMAC members.

SA Creator™ features over 800 sample legal clauses on CD-ROM to be used for drafting Service Agreements, Consulting Agreements and other similar documents.

RFP Creator™ is a CD-ROM compilation by lawyers featuring over 1,000 sample legal clauses for supply chain management professionals to use when drafting Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

PO Creator™ features over 700 sample legal clauses on CD-ROM to be used for drafting Supply Agreements, Purchase Orders and other procurement documents.
