International recognition for PMAC’s accreditation program

International Federation of Purchasing & Supply Management Certificate of Competence

PMAC’s Strategic Supply Chain Management Leadership Program (SSCMLP) has received another accolade. The International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM) has conferred its Certificate of Competence on the SSCMLP, the only professional supply chain program in Canada to receive this certification.

The IFPSM Certificate evaluates education programs based on 12 areas of competence that include: financial impact of procurement, data analysis, use of technology, strategic sourcing, competitive bidding and contract management, supplier relationship management, inventory management, distribution and dispute resolution.

IFPSM is a global body, representing 43 national purchasing and supply chain management associations. Its Certificate of Competence recognizes best professional practices, learning methodologies and assessment techniques, and serves to highlight the superior quality of PMAC training in the international marketplace.
